STAGING

Staging is preparing a space to be sold by making the space as appealing as possible, by assessing the rooms, recommending repairs, and arranging items already in the space--or in the case of a vacant home, renting items for show. Studies have shown that staging results in homes selling faster and at a higher price than homes that were not staged.

RCI will dress the home, fluff it, and stage with integrity, style, and dependability.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

When you're selling your home, staging can make a big difference in the time your home spends on the market and in the price you get. We offer several options for you to choose from to make sure you are in control of your budget.

Furnished Homes

Consultation

Everything starts with the consultation. Consultation is $150 and includes a walk thru, evaluation, and written report of recommendations. Client may then choose to complete list of recommendations themselves or add any additional services.

Option 1:

4 or 8 Hours

Stage by Room 

Option 3:

Additional Visit

8 HOURS                                                   $850
RCI will create your design plan, declutter with client, organize, set rooms to be staged, and help pack homeowner’s items.

4 HOURS                                                   $450
RCI will create design plan, freshen areas to be staged, rework furniture if necessary, and bring RCI items if needed. House will be ready for pictures and/or open house on the same day.

Pricing varies

This option gives clients the opportunity to stage the area(s) of their home that they need the most help with. Prices will vary depending on hours required.

Have an additional walk thru after client has completed recommended tasks in order to get final recommendations.

Unfurnished Homes

Stage 1:

Consultation

Everything starts with the consultation. Consultation is $150 and includes a walk thru, evaluation, and written report of recommendations. Client may then choose to complete a list of recommendations themselves or move onto Stage 2.

Stage 2:

Staging Plan

$500 

Includes services for 5 rooms of client’s choice and a mood board and floor plan for each room. Client may then choose to take RCI’s staging plan to execute themselves or move onto Stage 3.

Stage 3:

Space Set Up

$500 

Designer will coordinate furniture rentals, be present for delivery/pickup of furniture rentals, and set up the space.

*Red Couch Interiors has a collection of high-end decor items for clients to rent and use. Items such as linens, artwork, accessories, and more. If desired, RCI will supply decor items for a fee of $100.

Please note that above prices do not include the cost of renting furniture, decor items, and out-of-area travel fees if necessary. Please note that Option #2: Stage By Room under the Furnished section is not available for vacant houses*

 

For vacant homes, please note that we do not house any furniture, but can coordinate the rental of furniture pieces you need from an outside source.
